Fill out Registration Form for OTR , In which fill your required details such as follow
Personal information
Contact details such as phone number and email id
Education qualifications (10th roll number (board name, roll number, passing year, etc. ).
Photo ID Such as : Aadhaar card ,voter ID ,PAN card or any other ID that is valid.
After submitting, you will get a Registration ID as well as a password on your registered email address and mobile number.

Upload Documents
In this step, you need to upload relevant Documents as per the guidelines of the Staff Selection Commission and the Government of India. Photograph – The image of the candidate needs to be taken in front of a white or a light colored background. The dimensions of the photo must not exceed 4 kb but not m,
but not exceed more than 12kb. Its resolution must be at least 100×120 pixels in width and height.
